Hijyeniq is a new-generation service that brings operational experience in the cleaning industry onto a smart technology platform. Our aim is simple: remove the trust, time and transparency problems from finding a cleaner.

The “iq” in our name is no accident. The smart matching system we built weighs distance to your address, availability, ratings and your past preferences all at once, and finds the right cleaner for you in seconds. Instead of comparing dozens of listings, you book in two clicks.

Trust is the biggest problem in this industry in Turkey. That is why we show everything we can actually measure, openly: ratings, punctuality and cancellation rates come only from real services. And we show no number we do not measure.

We value the cleaning professionals we work with as much as our customers. They choose which days they are unavailable and which services they offer; matching follows that choice, and payment runs on the platform with a record.

Who comes to your home is a process for us, not a sentence. Every application is checked: we review the applicant's ID and criminal record certificate, then our team holds an interview; only cleaners who pass these steps appear on the showcase. Once you pick a date and time, the cleaners available for that slot are listed with their name and rating — choose one yourself or let us assign an available one.

The price is a calculation, not an estimate. It is derived from the service and home size, shown on screen before you confirm, and never renegotiated at your door. There is no distance surcharge; windows, ovens and balconies sit outside the standard scope, so they are added separately and show up in both the total and the time estimate.

We serve Istanbul, with bookings available across all 39 districts and a page for each one. We do not claim to serve other cities, because we do not. The same discipline applies to numbers: we publish none we have not measured, and we show no rating until enough reviews exist.
