How reviews work here

We still have few reviews. Rather than turning that into a trust claim, we explain how it works, so you can judge how much weight the number carries.

Average ratings are hidden below the threshold

The average star rating is not published until at least 5 reviews exist. Deriving “5.0” from a single rating is misleading even when the number is real. Below the threshold the reviews themselves are still listed — only the average claim is withheld.

No “verified booking” badge

Review records are not technically tied to a booking, so we cannot say “this review comes from a real job” — and we do not print a badge for something we cannot say. The badge returns when the link exists.

Negative reviews are not removed

Low ratings stay in the same list, in the same order. If the team replies, the reply is added as a separate block below; the review text itself is never edited.

Who can leave a rating

Ratings come from customers who received the service. There are no collected, purchased or imported reviews; every record on this page was created in this system.
