About an existing booking
For a time change, a cancellation or anything about the cleaner, phone or WhatsApp is fastest. Include your booking number and the record opens directly.
Corporate quote
For an office, apartment building, residential complex or multi-branch business, pick “Corporate quote” in the form. Branch count and floor area speed up the quote.
Job application
You can use the form, but the right place is the staff application page: the criminal-record and residence documents are uploaded there.
Invoices, payments and refunds
Payment topics go through email; the transaction date and amount are enough. Refund requests are handled by the support team.
The form is processed under the privacy notice. Do not put card numbers, passwords or ID details in your message — we never ask for them on any channel.
