Recurring Home Cleaning — what it is and what you get
Recurring home cleaning is a subscription-like plan that keeps your home consistently spotless. If available, the same cleaner comes on the day and frequency you choose, so you never have to explain your home and preferences again.
Weekly plans get 15% off and fortnightly plans 10%. Recurring customers also get priority for keeping the same cleaner.
You can manage your plan from the app at any time — shift a date or pause it. No commitment, full flexibility.

Supplies and equipment
By default, cleaning supplies and equipment are expected to be at the property and the cleaner uses yours.
If you’d rather not provide them, pick the Cleaning Supplies (+₺200) add-on at booking and the cleaner brings all supplies and equipment.
Your supplies choice affects the price and appears as its own line in the booking summary.

Clear starting prices by flat size. The total is calculated live during booking, based on add-ons and the date you pick.

Is there a commitment?
No. You can pause or cancel the plan whenever you like.
How is the discount applied?
15% for weekly and 10% for fortnightly plans, applied automatically during booking.
Do I always get the same cleaner?
Recurring plans give you priority for your assigned cleaner, subject to their availability. If they are unavailable, a cleaner with a similar rating is assigned.
Can I skip or postpone a visit?
Of course. You can pause the plan, shift the date or skip a single visit from the app at any time.
Is the first cleaning more thorough?
If you like, book the first visit as a deep clean and continue on the recurring plan afterwards — the home gets a full reset once.
Is payment taken for every visit?
Payment is taken separately for each visit, based on that date’s service. There is no long prepaid commitment.
