Every application is checked: we review the applicant's ID and criminal record certificate, then the Hijyeniq team holds an interview. Only cleaners who pass these steps appear on the showcase. When booking you can pick a cleaner yourself or let us assign an available one.

Yes. We take quote requests from offices, shops, clinics and building management; tell us what you need and we will price it for you.
From ₺3,000 for a 1+1 flat; ₺3,500 for 2+1, ₺4,000 for 3+1, ₺6,000 for a villa. The price is fixed by flat type and appears on the booking screen the moment you choose. Only a fixed platform service fee is added, shown as a separate line in the summary. No survey, no waiting for a quote.
Yes, if there is an open slot in today's calendar — you can pick it and the booking is created immediately. Slots that have started, or start in under an hour, cannot be selected. What you see as free comes from real staff availability; we never show a booked slot as open.
All 39 districts of Istanbul. Each district has its own page with prices, durations and local detail. We do not charge extra for distance; the same tariff applies everywhere.
By default the cleaner uses the supplies already in your home. If you would rather not provide them, select the relevant extra during booking and the cleaner brings all supplies and equipment. This choice affects the price and appears as a separate line in the summary.
Cash on delivery, bank transfer, or online card payment. Card payments are taken through iyzico; your card details are not stored on the site.
