How is this different from empty home cleaning?
The work is largely the same; the checklist differs. For an end of tenancy clean, the places a landlord inspects (inside cupboards, the oven, bathroom grout) are the focus. If your flat is already empty and there is no handover involved, empty home cleaning is a better and cheaper fit.
Do you guarantee I get my deposit back?
No, and we will not claim otherwise — that decision belongs to the landlord and depends on things beyond cleaning, such as paintwork and damage. What we promise is that the flat is clean to a handover standard.
Can it be done before the furniture is removed?
It can, but the result is limited: insides of cupboards and areas under furniture cannot be cleaned. For the best outcome, book after the flat is emptied.
Do you do painting or repairs?
No. We only clean; painting and repairs are outside our scope.
