Post-Construction Cleaning — what it is and what you get
Post-construction cleaning is genuinely a different job from our other services. What you are dealing with is not ordinary household dirt but fine construction dust bonded to surfaces, paint splashes, cement and plaster residue, and silicone remnants. That dust becomes airborne and settles again, so the work proceeds in stages.
Coarse residue is removed first, then surfaces are cleaned in detail from top to bottom. It cannot be done with ordinary home-cleaning equipment and it is our longest service.
The price is shown clearly on the booking screen, based on your flat type.

Do you remove rubble and construction waste?
No. Carrying away rubble, broken materials and building waste is outside our scope — that needs a waste removal service. We clean after the waste is gone.
Why does it take longer and cost more than home cleaning?
Fine construction dust bonds to surfaces and resettles once airborne, so the job cannot be finished in a single pass. Paint and cement residue also need different products and methods. It is the longest of our services.
Can you come before the renovation is fully finished?
We do not recommend it. Cleaning done while painting, grouting and sealing are still under way is undone within days. Book once all the work is complete.
Do you clean exterior facades or window film?
No. Exterior glass and any high points requiring ladders or scaffolding are outside our scope. Interior glass, frames and sticker/tape residue are included.
