Our application form offers upload fields for criminal record and residence documents, and the Hijyeniq team picks who appears on the showcase. Because our document verification process is not yet in place, we do not use the phrase “verified cleaner”.

Yes. The system suggests the best match automatically, but you can browse profiles, ratings and reviews and pick your own.

If you cannot reach them after the scheduled time, contact support and we will sort the booking out with you.

No. Contact with the cleaner runs through a booking-linked channel that never shares your number.

Payment is taken when you book. The cleaner’s earnings do not become withdrawable until a waiting period after the service is complete. If you report a problem, our support team looks into it.

Credit and debit cards, saved cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Business customers can opt for consolidated monthly invoicing.

You can cancel your booking with one click from your account; for a different date you need to create a new booking. For a refund on a paid booking, please contact support; our refund terms are being put in writing.

Yes. For offices, shops, clinics and building management we offer multi-branch management, a single monthly invoice and priority for a fixed team.

All services are collected into one e-invoice, and you can get a spend report broken down by branch.
